Insurance Information

Our goal at Flax Dental, Atlanta Cosmetic Dentistry Spa, is to provide the very highest quality dental treatment available at a fair value. If you have insurance, we will do everything to maximize your dental insurance benefits. We can estimate your co-payment far in advance of your treatment.

While some might rely exclusively on insurance to fund their care, we believe most will see insurance as a supplemental benefit to superior, modern care.

Important Note: We ask that you pay all estimated co-payments and deductibles for treatment at the time it is registered. Our estimates are subject to final approval by your insurance company. That means the amount we calculate as due, is subject to change.

Your Reserved Time

We ask that you be on time for your appointments. Except for emergency situations, you can expect us to keep to the appointment schedule. Your appointment is reserved time, so if you need to cancel, please call us immediately and we can offer your time to another patient. 404-255-9080
