I graduated with honors in 1977 from Macon Jr. College with an Associate in Science degree. After a 24 year career as a dental hygienist, I had the opportunity to enter the business/ administrative side of dentistry and have thoroughly enjoyed it since.

Helping people to feel good about themselves makes me happy. This can be enabling a patient to go from an unhealthy state to a healthy dental environment, or assisting the patient to get the smile they’ve always dreamed of. Dr. Flax helped me rejuvenate my smile to give me the self confidence I had wanted with my smile. I always get compliments on my beautiful teeth; it’s so wonderful to help others achieve the same.

Dr.Flax ensures that each and every patient gets the best dental care possible; this includes up-to-date technology, incredible esthetics and very personal doctor to patient relationships. Our patients are wonderful people, making working at AALD a true joy.

I have enjoyed scuba diving since 1978. While”on land” my interests include hiking, camping, traveling, live music venues, exploring unique restaurants and most importantly spending as much time with my husband and children as possible.
