Dear Dr. Flax:

Thank you so much for my beautiful teeth and my beautiful smile. As one of my friends who had not seen me in awhile recently said, "You have a Hollywood smile." I have to agree. I have appreciated everything you and your staff have done for me. I think if you could move heaven and earth, you probably would try.

From the time I first visited your office in June, 2003, I have always been treated so warmly and with such special care; like I was the only person there. I had made other appointments in Atlanta with other cosmetic dentists, but was never treated with such care and unselfishness. What was so surprising to me was the time you invested in me that first initial visit! When I got home, my mother asked, "Where have you been all of this time?" She could not believe I was at the dentist's office all of that time! She continues to be amazed at how attentive you and your staff are to your patients.

Voltaire once wrote, "It is not sufficient to see and to know the beauty of a work. We must feel and be affected by it." It is hard not to be affected by the miracle you performed on my mouth, face, and namely my teeth. I know my teeth were a challenge for you, and I appreciate the care and time you took to accomplish the goal. You wanted to make sure that I had a "beautiful" smile that showed off beautiful teeth. It takes one perfectionist to notice another perfectionist, and you truly are one! Another famous quote by Katherine Anne Porter that comes to mind is, "The real sin against life is to abuse and destroy beauty, even one's own -- even more, one's own, for that has been put in our care and we are responsible for its well-being." I cannot believe I waited so long to get my teeth fixed. i should have had them taken care of years ago. In a way, I'm glad I didn't; for if I decided years ago to get them fixed, they may not have been as beautiful as they are today, and I would never have had the opportunity to meet, and know you and your wonderful staff.
