When Tim first mentioned hearing about this new kind of dentist, my first thought was no way. I had not been to see a dentist in over seven years. But, my long time dream of having a pretty straight white smile and Tim's description of your compassion won me over. The night you phoned to personally check on Tim after his visit made me feel i had made the right decision. The first visit was the hardest but you and your staff provided such layers of comfort you made it easy. From Catherine calling you to remind you of your appointment to Shellie rubbing your shoulders to make you forget about the novocaine and Whitney providing a painless cleaning. The special touches like providing a choice of movies or cds, blankets, and heated neck pillows made me feel pampered and very comfortable. Ultimately, your compassion won me over and your dedication to perfection impressed me.
