Dear Dr. Flax,

I am writing to you to thank you for the beautiful smile that I have always wanted. I was that girl that said to herself, "I am really happy with my overall self but if I could change just one thing it would be my teeth." I just was not blessed with good teeth! So I came to you for help.

I guess i was really impressed from the first consultation I had with you. I liked the way you wanted to give me my best options and not rush to process. What you wanted to do for me would take about 7 months. That's when I knew you were a true perfectionist and that my teeth were in good hands.

You wanted to start from scratch by correcting my bite first by using mouth guards at night. From your experience you knew my bad bite was causing a lot of my problems and you didn't want to harm your beautiful work in the future. After the bite was fixed, you reluctantly convinced me that if I really wanted that spectacular smile, that gum surgery was really that way to go. Amazingly after the surgery I could already tell a big difference in my smile even before the veneers were done. And finally after healing and then about another month of the veneer process we were done. I can assure you it was well worth the wait. I'm glad the process was not rushed.

I will never forget the great movies, the warm neck pillows, the blanket for my cold feet, the phone calls the afternoon of a procedure just to make sure I was feeling ok, but most of all the Chinese soup you sent home with me the day I really had a sore mouth. Now that's good bedside manners!!

Again, thank you for a great experience and a little more confidence in myself.
