I said thank you may times before leaving your office today, but I don’t think I came close to saying how happy I am with my new smile.

My crooked, discolored smile made me so self conscious. I didn’t smile when I met new people. I practiced using my “half smile” so I could laugh at jokes or smile in a photo without exposing too much of my teeth of which I was embarrassed. In my wedding photos, on the happiest day of my life, I am wearing a guarded smile. I look at those pictures and can’t imagine why I didn’t come to see you sooner.

To say that I don’t like going to the dentist is an understatement. I am the first to admit that the thoughts of needles, sounds of drilling, even the look of dental instruments are enough to turn this grown woman into a whining child…but I never felt that way in your office.

One of the best things about the extensive dental work I had was that I was barely aware that any of it was happening. Thanks to Xanax and conscious sedation I was completely removed from all things medical, able to just enjoy the results. I had no anxiety, no pain and no reason to be afraid of the dentist anymore.

Yours may be the least scary medical office in existence. The heated neck pillows, warm towels, blankets and TVs are more in line with a spa than a dental practice. It is obvious that you put a lot of thought into ways to make your patients feel comfortable and I felt truly pampered.

Tracey is wonderful, she really cared that I was happy and felt valued. She answered my barrage of questions with interest and a smile. Tracey spent so much time going over how I wanted my permanent veneers to look and helped me figure out how in the world to get those tiny plastic flossers between my crowns!

I don’t know what to say about Edi. She managed to get my overly fiscally responsible husband to pay for dental work in the neighborhood of a slightly used Lexus, making her either a saint or a magician. Either way, I’m impressed.

I read the testimonials and photos on your website and had set my expectations pretty high: premium service with premium results. Finally I can consider myself an “after picture” as my new smile is perfect. Yes, this perfectionist is using the word perfect. I am proud to be a billboard for your hard work, a very straight, very white, smiling billboard.

I may not have a perfect smile in the wedding photos, but in the ones of our first anniversary, just around the corner, I know I’ll be grinning ear to ear.

You’re a bottom line kind of guy, so, bottom line; you have changed my life, thank you.
