Flax Dental Does Not Participate with Dental Insurance Plans
As a fee-for-service provider, Dr. Flax does not participate with any dental insurance plans. This is to enable us to provide patients with exceptional dentistry in Sandy Springs while accessing the highest-quality materials. We can file your claim on your behalf if your dental insurance policy offers benefits for an out-of-network provider.
