I am so elated to find that distinctive professionalism in a dentist that I can literally "open my mouth wide" and say "I Trust"! Dr Flax’s skills expand over and above the average dentist. Along with having exceptional hygienists that are thorough and personable, the front desk team... are happy and polite! I'm so picky when it comes to my teeth. I’m in my 60s and have been to many dentists throughout my life. I’ve been seeing Dr. Flax for approximately 15 years. Flax Dental and Hugh Flax is the first dentist to correct all of my dental issues. My teeth are now straight, my bite is aligned, and I know longer have popping and grinding jaws when I chew. Flax Dental uses the latest technology when providing care which gives me an extra level comfort and reduces my anxiety. The dental hygienists are exceptional and are very thorough in their examinations and cleanings. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Flax and his team. From my cleanings with Faith, to the smallest details of Dr. Flax’s work. He truly cares about the health of your teeth and makes such a difference. He explains everything in such detail and takes care of any problems (bite issues, etc.) before anything else is done. I am 150% happy with my care and feel like I’ve been the BEST hands from the beginning. I love my smile and I highly recommend Dr. Flax and his amazing team!

There is truly no dentist office like Flax Dental. The skill level of the staff is bar none; they have the most modern equipment and everyone is warm and welcoming to boot. I actually had to stop Faith as she was cleaning my teeth today to tell her how wonderful she is at her job, because due to exposed roots, I never had a pain-free teeth cleaning until I came to Flax Dental, and she started cleaning my teeth! It’s literally a life-changing experience to trust Dr. Flax and his team with your oral care.

Dr Flax and staff were so helpful in a thorough consultation re moms predicament in having her front bridge removed. They took a panarama view of her whole mouth, took photos, spent enough time to understand some history and her goals, even though she’s very elderly! She appreciated their knowledgeable and kind attention. This helps her so much to move forward more informed about her options. Thanks Flax team! 2024 addendum: We so appreciate Dr. Flax for his skill, patience, and determination to provide me with a replacement bridge for my four front upper teeth. This was quite an accomplishment since at age 100 I presented him with a dental problem impacted by natural wear and tear plus a number of misjudgments by myself and other earlier dentists. I know this is important to my health by enabling a normal diet and to my spirits by freeing me to laugh and smile without self-consciousness. Wheee! I am so fortunate to have found someone with dental magic in their head and hands.

This is a dentists office like none other! Small and peaceful. I never have to wait long in the lovely waiting area. I always see the same wonderful hygienist, Faith, who is so patient and gentle. Dr Flax is a fantastic doctor. I know my teeth are in good hands! I don’t fear going in for cleanings anymore!
